General Strategy
The goal is to limit his TP gain by using BLMs to deal all the damage. Combined with Absorb-TP, Ultima should never have enough TP to get any moves off.
- BLM
- Use Tier IV nukes
- Aspir whenever it is up
- Pay attention to how many spells are being cast and how much TP the DRK are getting from Absorb-TP, stop nuking if it gets too much TP until the DRK can absorb it
- Keep up dots: Burn, Choke, Shock, Poison II, Bio II (must use Apollo's staff to 0 the damage)

- Have macros to swap parties
- Double Marches on DRKs
- Double Ballads on mages
- Keep up Elegy at all times
- RDM
- Haste and Refresh DRKs
- Keep up Slow II and Paralyze
- Stun Dissipation

- Use Stun to help each other get shadows up and get hate

Battle Plan
First 80%
- DRK secure hate
- RDM and BRD handle debuffs/buffs
- BLMs keep up DoTs
- Once hate is secure, BLMs begin nuking
- All the BLMs cast 1 Tier4, then a DRK casts Absorb-TP
- Continue alternating Tier4s with Absorb-TP until each phase change
- When he aproaches a phase change, RDM gets ready to stun Dissipation
- BLMs trigger phase change with a volley of Tier4s and the RDM Stuns Dissipation
Final Phase
- Once the Dissipation signaling the final phase is stuned, Ultima must be killed quickly to avoid wiping to Citadel Buster
- BLMs nuke all out without using Manafont until the Citadel Buster countdown begins
- When Citadel Buster countdown begins, whoever has hate stays with Ultima and attempts to do as much damage as possible during the countdown and everyone else leaves the room
- Once Citadel Buster goes off, everyone returns to the room/raises
- RDM Chainspell+Stun, BLMs Manafont and go all out
- DRKs cast Absorb-TP as often as possible to prevent Magic Shield
- BRD Troubador+Soul Voice double Marches in case the DRKs need to zerg
- If Magic Shield goes off, DRKs M.Kris zerg
